Rules of the road.

RigSense is operated by Topo Intel LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Topo Intel," "we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using RigSense (the "App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA") between you and Topo Intel LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple or Android device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions for the iPhone app, or the Google Play Terms of Service for the Android app.

RigSense offers optional in-app subscriptions:

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings on iPhone, or in your Google Play account settings on Android. On Android, you are billed at the price shown in Google Play at purchase. No refunds for partial billing periods. Payment is processed by Apple or Google — RigSense never sees your payment card data.

You may create an account via Apple Sign-In (iPhone only), Google Sign-In, email/password, or magic link. You may also use the App in Guest Mode with limited functionality. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Submit false or misleading community data (spot reviews, signal reports, road conditions, water quality readings)
• Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with App services
• Use automated systems to scrape, collect, or harvest data from the App
• Abuse convoy features to track other users without their consent

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of solar calculations, weather forecasts, or resource estimates
• Reliability of BLE sensor readings or cloud API integrations
• Accuracy of campground data, road conditions, land boundaries, or water quality data
• Accuracy of route feasibility, terrain capability, or duration calculations
• Accuracy of air quality, insect pressure, or occupancy estimates
• Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation

Resource estimates, boondocking duration calculations, route feasibility assessments, and location insights are advisory only. Always verify conditions independently, especially for safety-critical decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

RigSense integrates with third-party hardware via BLE, local network, and cloud APIs. Supported integrations include Victron Energy, Peplink, Mopeka, Ruuvi, Epoch Batteries, SOK Batteries, SeeLevel II, and generic BLE TPMS sensors.

We are not affiliated with these manufacturers and make no guarantees about their products. Hardware integrations depend on manufacturer API availability and may change without notice.

Community-contributed data — spot reviews, signal reports, road condition reports, water quality readings, GPS approach traces, campsite photos, and occupancy observations — is user-generated and not independently verified. Use community data at your own discretion. We reserve the right to remove content that violates community guidelines.

GPS traces you choose to share are stored with the trace's rig type, and a shared full trace drops its first mile so it doesn't show where you started. Community contributions are not anonymous; see the privacy policy.

Weather alerts are sourced from the National Weather Service, EPA AirNow, and NOAA. These are informational and should not be your sole source of weather or air quality information.

Time-sensitive alerts that can break through a Focus are used only for life-safety situations: severe weather evacuations, rapid tire pressure loss, pet safety temperature alerts, convoy emergency signals, and propane leak indicators. Always monitor official sources during severe weather.

Your privacy is important to us. Raw sensor readings and their history stay on your device. Your latest tank, battery, propane and fuel levels sync to your account. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what data we collect, how it's used, and your rights.

Convoy features enable voluntary, real-time data sharing between members of a travel group. Joining a convoy doesn't share your position by itself. RigSense asks before it shares your position with an event, and sharing is off until you say yes. RigSense stores only your latest position for the event, and stopping sharing or leaving the event deletes it.

Background location is used only for GPS trace recording (off until you start one) and arrival alerts for a rally or group event you've joined. Each needs your permission. GPS traces may be shared with the community, with the starting mile trimmed, to improve approach road data for other users. You choose what to share at the completion of each trace.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings screen. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

We may update this EULA from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kendall County, Texas.
